JAEP financially supports five more young people from Dheisheh Camp

JAEP has offered scholarships to five more young people from Dheisheh Camp:

Laith in his second year of a four year nursing degree. His father died four years ago. He works as a casual labourer to fund some of his studies

Nada is also in her second year of a nursing degree. She is married with two children. She feels nursing is important because of the number of injuries sustained by the Palestinian people

Dana is in her second year of a five year dentistry degree. She is especially interested in making denistry affordable to the people in the camp and also in preventative work, too many sugary drinks are consumed

Nasser is in the second year of a five year degree in medicine. His father is a blacksmith. He is especially interested in vascular surgery

Wala is in the first year of a four year degree in pharmacy. She spoke about the need to increase the number of qualified pharmacists to ensure the correct dosage of medication is dispensed.
